Honda achieves record motorcycle sales in Brazil and top FIA safety rating

Honda has achieved significant milestones in both market performance and safety recognition. In Brazil, Honda Motos recorded over 1 million motorcycles registered between January and August 2026, marking a 9% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This growth was largely driven by entry-level models, including the CG family, Biz125, Pop110i ES, and NXR160 Bros.

Globally, Honda became the first company to receive a five-star rating in the FIA Road Safety Index for products and services. This recognition, announced at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza in Italy, evaluates how organizations manage their impact on road safety. The rating follows Honda’s previous achievement in February 2025, when it was the first automotive company to receive a three-star rating under the index’s original scale.
