Honda cuts price of ICON e: electric scooter to about 15 million VND

Honda has reduced the price of its ICON e: electric scooter series in Vietnam to roughly 15 million VND per unit, down from the original 26.9 million VND. This marks the second discount after a post‑Tet price drop to 21.9 million VND. The promotion includes a cash incentive for buyers and offers a battery‑rental option at 245,455 VND per month, with separate purchase options for the battery. The price cut is intended to make the electric scooter more accessible to students and urban commuters, strengthening Honda’s competitive position in the Vietnamese market.

All three versions of the ICON e: – Premium, Special and Sport – now fall within the 15.5‑15.9 million VND range, excluding the battery cost.
