Honda dealers in Indonesia hold events for National Customer Day

Honda motorcycle dealers in Indonesia held various activities to commemorate National Customer Day.

In Banten, PT Mitra Sendang Kemakmuran (MSK) organized events across 24 dealers, including blood donations, cooking competitions, and free health checks. The company also collaborated with the Banten Provincial Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) to provide information regarding consumer complaint channels.

In Riau, PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara hosted a ‘Rolling City & Customer Gathering’ in Pekanbaru. The event involved loyal customers and motorcycle communities, featuring safety briefings and a city ride. The initiative highlighted the My Capella application, which provides services such as spare part pricing, service booking, and digital maintenance cards.
