Honda launches Pop 110i entry bike and CB500 Hornet sport model

Honda introduced the Pop 110i ES 2027 as its newest entry‑level motorcycle for the Brazilian market. The bike is priced at R$ 10,588 in São Paulo and features a 109.5 cm³ single‑cylinder engine delivering 8.4 hp, a 4.2‑liter fuel tank, and a four‑speed semi‑automatic transmission that eliminates the clutch lever. It weighs 88 kg dry, offers electric start and three‑year unlimited‑kilometre warranty.

The company also unveiled the CB500 Hornet 2026, a naked sport motorcycle aimed at both urban commuting and longer trips. It is equipped with a 471 cc liquid‑cooled parallel‑twin engine producing 49.6 hp at 8,500 rpm and 4.5 kgf·m of torque. Power is delivered through a six‑speed gearbox with assisted, sliding clutch. The bike carries a 17.1‑liter fuel tank, HSTC traction control, dual‑channel ABS, an Emergency Stop Signal, and a five‑inch color TFT display. Both models highlight Honda’s focus on practical performance and rider‑friendly technology.
