Honda reintroduces Prelude hybrid in Brazil

Honda has reintroduced the Prelude to the Brazilian market as part of its broader electrification strategy. The sixth-generation 2+2 coupe is priced at R$ 380,000 and features a hybrid powertrain.

The vehicle combines a 2.0-liter Atkinson cycle gasoline engine with two electric motors, producing a combined 203 hp. It utilizes the S+ Shift system to electronically simulate gear shifts, affecting sound and dashboard feedback. The model includes driving modes such as Comfort, GT, Sport, and Individual, and incorporates chassis components inspired by the Civic Type R.
