Honduran health study reveals gap between priorities and habits
A study conducted by Consulting HNL and Marketing Total has identified a gap between health priorities and actual practices among the Honduran population. While 64% of respondents consider health a high priority compared to other responsibilities, only 41% report practicing responsible health care.
Key health behaviors identified include nutrition, exercise, and sleep, though these are often limited by available time and financial resources. Approximately 40% of those surveyed attempt to maintain a healthy diet within their means, while 30% focus on exercise and 20% on adequate rest.
