Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui Bar Murder Case Reaches 12 Arrests, Including Triad Leader

A fatal assault occurred on 26 July 2026 at the upstairs bar of Cambridge House in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, when 32‑year‑old marketing consultant Isaac Yeung was attacked during a birthday gathering. He suffered severe head injuries and fractured ribs, underwent two brain operations and died on 31 July.

Police initially arrested nine people. On 2 August three additional men were detained, bringing the total to twelve. Among the new arrests is a 40‑year‑old senior member of the Wo Shing Wo triad, known as “Cho Hau”, arrested on suspicion of murder. Two other men were held on suspicion of assisting an offender, while a 31‑year‑old suspect remains at large. The arrests span districts including Kowloon City, Tai Po, Tin Shui Wai, Tsuen Wan, Sai Wan, Pok Fu Lam and Lok Ma Chau. The investigation continues, with police urging anyone with information to come forward.
