Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival returns with global flavors

The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is scheduled to take place from October 29 to November 1 at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park. Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and co-organized by the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux (CIVB), the event follows the theme “Taste the World's Best”.

To extend the festival's impact, the HKTB will launch “Hong Kong Gourmet Month” throughout November, featuring exclusive offers to encourage longer visitor stays and increased tourism spending. The festival will host over 340 booths, including a significant presence from Bordeaux.

A large Bordeaux delegation, including winegrowers and merchants, will participate with over 4,200 bottles and 200 references available for tasting. Educational workshops and interactive experiences, such as those hosted by the Bordeaux Wine School, will be available to attendees to deepen knowledge of wine fundamentals and food pairings.
