HONOR reports strong global growth in first half of 2026

HONOR has emerged as the fastest-growing Chinese Android manufacturer globally during the first half of 2026. According to IDC, the company saw a 9% year-on-year increase in global smartphone shipments, a notable achievement amid market pressures facing other Chinese brands.

In the Middle East, HONOR achieved a 35% year-on-year growth in shipments during the same period, becoming the second-largest smartphone brand in the region. This growth occurred despite an overall 13% decline in total smartphone shipments across the Middle Eastern market, according to Omdia data.

In Latin America, the company reported a 75% year-on-year increase in shipments during the first quarter of 2026. In Colombia, HONOR is expanding its local presence with the launch of the HONOR 600 and HONOR 600e, focusing on integrating artificial intelligence and advanced processing into competitive price points.
