Horsch investigation: New photos provided in missing women case

New photographic evidence has been provided to law enforcement as part of an ongoing investigation involving Eugene Horsch, his late father Raymond “R. C.” Horsch, and a residence in Philadelphia’s Olney section linked to missing women.

The investigation has expanded to include a former home in Chalfont, Bucks County, where R. C. Horsch resided until his 2009 arrest following the discovery of a marijuana grow operation. Dave Speldos, a contractor who worked for Defuso Property Preservation in 2010, has come forward with photos he took while tasked with securing and documenting the foreclosed property.

Speldos described the Chalfont home as having a distinct, unsettling presence. He noted that his original task was to photograph the property to protect against liability during the preservation process after the home was cleared by investigators and entered foreclosure.
