Hospital Regional de Alta Complejidad project secures funding and community aid

The construction of the Hospital Regional de Alta Complejidad (HRAC) in Pereira, Risaralda, continues with secured funding and community support. Health Minister Guillermo Alfonso Jaramillo confirmed that the national government has ensured the necessary resources to fully finance the fourth-level hospital project, following various working sessions with control agencies.

In addition to funding assurances, the HRAC project is conducting social responsibility initiatives to assist families in the surrounding area affected by an earthquake that occurred on August 10. Under instructions from Governor Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, the project management is characterizing affected communities and delivering targeted aid to strengthen ties with local residents.
