Hostelería Summit 2026 convenes hospitality and gastronomy leaders in Santo Domingo

The Hostelería Summit 2026 took place on October 1 and 2 at the Hotel Catalonia Santo Domingo, serving as a professional platform for the gastronomy, hospitality, and hotel industries. Organized by entrepreneur Marcelle Álvarez, the event builds upon nearly two decades of work through Hostelería News, Hostelería Marketing Group, and Expo Gastronómica.
