Hot Wheels Infinite Rush details revealed by Milestone

Developer Milestone and Mattel have shared extensive details regarding the upcoming open-world racing title, Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, scheduled for release on September 10, 2026. The game features a structural shift from previous entries, utilizing four explorable islands that allow players to drive off traditional orange tracks to discover secrets and optional challenges.

Technical performance targets vary by platform. The PS5 Pro version aims for 4K resolution at 120 FPS using PSSR for image sharpness, while the standard PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will target 4K at 60 FPS. The Xbox Series S will run at 1440p at 60 FPS, and the Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to target 1080p at 30 FPS, with local split-screen multiplayer limited to six competitors due to hardware constraints.

Post-launch support plans include over a year of content, featuring 44 additional vehicles from various series such as Acceleracers and Highway 35 World Race. A major highlight is the Ferrari Expansion Pack, which will introduce a new island inspired by the Italian manufacturer and include eight exclusive Ferrari vehicles.
