The municipal housing authority in Palmas announced that the deadline for initial counseling of pre‑selected candidates for the Parque dos Ipês III residential project ends on Friday, 26 June. During these sessions, applicants receive guidance on the next steps and the documents required to complete their housing dossier, which must be submitted to a Resolve Palmas office within five business days. After the dossiers are compiled, they will be reviewed by the selection committee and forwarded to Caixa Econômica Federal for validation and contract issuance. The three Parque dos Ipês phases together offer 496 low‑income housing units under the federal Minha Casa Minha Vida programme.

The counseling period is held at the annex of the Municipal Secretariat of Infrastructure and Housing on Avenida JK, with extended hours on 29 June due to the World Cup match.
