Mustafa Can Poyraz, a former CHP Istanbul Press Advisor, testified that Fatih Keleş delivered the cash used for the purchase of the CHP Istanbul provincial building. Poyraz stated that while he was present during the transaction to pay a deposit, he did not personally handle the funds.

Hüseyin Gün, a technology investor, confirmed using the encrypted messaging app Wickr under the pseudonym 'Jüpiter1881' during communications with Necati Özkan. Gün maintained that these exchanges were related to technical capabilities and contained no criminal intent.

In separate testimony, businessman İsmail Sari alleged that Fatih Keleş requested commissions of 5% to 7% to facilitate the collection of outstanding payments from contractors.
