Huawei unveils MatePad Pro 12 and MatePad Air tablets

Huawei has introduced new tablet models, including the MatePad Pro 12 and the MatePad Air, focusing on professional productivity and advanced display technology.

The MatePad Pro 12 features a 12-inch flexible OLED PaperMatte screen designed to reduce reflections and glare by 30% compared to previous models. It boasts a 3K resolution, 1,600 nits peak brightness, and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The device is exceptionally thin at 4.7 mm and includes a battery capacity of 9,760 mAh with 40W reverse charging capabilities. It is designed to work with the HUAWEI Glide keyboard and the M-Pencil Pro.

The MatePad Air also utilizes a 12-inch OLED PaperMatte display and maintains a slim profile of 5.3 mm. It is equipped with HarmonyOS 4.3, offering 256 GB of storage and configurations with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM. The tablet includes a 10,100 mAh battery supporting 66W SuperCharge Turbo and features a six-speaker audio system.
