Huawei‑backed Zhiji RX and Zunzhi SUV test cars revealed
Photos of the Zhiji RX test vehicle were posted on July 7, showing a flagship coupe‑SUV with a petal‑shaped multi‑spoke wheel design. The car was styled by a former Ferrari chief designer and its chassis was tuned by teams from BMW M and Aston Martin. It will use Huawei’s next‑generation electric‑drive system, with a 160 kW front motor, a 277 kW rear motor and an estimated 0‑100 km/h time in the three‑second range, plus four‑laser‑radar matrix and Huawei Qiankun ADAS technologies. The model is expected to launch in autumn 2024.
A street‑view video of the Hongmeng Zhixing Zunzhi SUV test car appeared on July 8, confirming that its front fascia follows the V800 design shown in official filings and that its rear lights are likely the standard version rather than the fully‑colored interactive version. The brand’s flagship S800 Grand Design is priced from 1.388 million yuan, and the V800/V680 models are slated for an early‑August announcement, with the SUV’s market debut pending.
Both vehicles are part of Huawei’s expanding automotive lineup, slated for releases later this year.
