Hue Tax Authorities suspend exit of business representatives

Tax authorities in Hue City have announced the suspension of exit privileges for eight individuals serving as legal representatives for businesses that have ceased operations at their registered addresses without completing necessary tax procedures.

These businesses have been inactive at their registered locations for more than 120 days and have failed to restore or terminate their tax identification numbers as required by law. One additional individual has been issued a 30-day warning before similar exit restrictions are applied.

Among the disclosed records, total tax debts reached over 628.2 million VND as of October 20, 2026, excluding late payment interest. The largest individual debt was recorded by Phuc Minh Private Enterprise, owing more than 322.1 million VND. Other significant debtors include Tan Thinh Joint Stock Company with over 210.5 million VND and Long Giang Consulting and Construction Co., Ltd. with over 65.3 million VND.
