Huelva's Feria Colombinas sets July 29 as discounted rides day for families

The Feria Colombinas fair in Huelva, Andalusia, will designate Wednesday July 29, 2026 as a special day when rides (cacharritos) are offered at reduced prices. The discount coincides with the inaugural ceremony, the official lighting at 21:15 and the celebration of the Day of the Child, allowing families to enjoy the fair at a lower cost.

Culture councillor Nacho Molina explained that the date was chosen to avoid logistical problems moving large attractions from nearby towns after other regional fairs finish on Monday night. In addition to the price cuts, the fair will provide a quiet zone for visitors on the autism spectrum and a free ludoteca service from July 29 to August 3, operating nightly from 22:00 to 03:00.
