These entities serve as bridges to funnel funds to the family's core companies: the textile firm Dixey SA, the construction company Aconra SA, and the healthcare provider Iarai SA. All three trusts share the same fiscal address as the family businesses.

This transfer occurs amid a severe financial crisis for the union's healthcare provider, Oschoca, which reportedly faces a liability of nearly $30,000 million and a loss of over 17,000 active contributors.

Separately, scrutiny has fallen on Facundo Moyano, the union leader's son. Financial records from the Central Bank of Argentina indicate that his monthly bank debt reached over $48 million in March 2026, a figure significantly higher than his reported monthly salary of $3.2 million from the state company AUBASA. Investigations also continue into the family's extensive real estate holdings, including large estates in Coronel Brandsen.
