Hulu expands cast for 'Prison Break' reboot series

Hulu has expanded the cast for its upcoming 'Prison Break' reboot, adding seven new actors to the production. The new cast members include Noah Emmerich, Catfish Jean, Augie Duke, Brad Beyer, Greg Vrotsos, Daniel David Stewart, and Michael Mosley.

In this new series, developed by showrunner Elgin James, the narrative follows a former soldier who becomes a corrections officer at one of the most dangerous prisons in the United States. While the project is set within the same universe as the original FOX series, it features an independent storyline and is not expected to feature returning actors from the original cast.

Specific character details for the new additions include Emmerich playing Callum Faulls, a West Virginia power broker, and Jean portraying a prison gang member named Big Country. The production is currently underway in Los Angeles.
