Hung Yen and An Giang police release traffic violation fine lists

Police authorities in Vietnam have released lists of vehicle owners subject to administrative fines for traffic violations captured via surveillance cameras and patrols.

In Hung Yen province, the Traffic Police Department recorded 176 violations between August 31 and September 6, 2026. The majority of these cases, accounting for over 91%, involved speeding. This group included 60 cars and 101 motorcycles. Additionally, surveillance systems identified 13 instances of drivers failing to obey traffic light signals.

In An Giang province, authorities also announced a list of vehicle violations detected through the local traffic surveillance camera system for the period between August 16 and August 31, 2026. Officials have urged vehicle owners identified in these lists to contact the relevant authorities to resolve their penalties and warned that such violations pose significant accident risks.
