Hung Yen police prosecute Duong Dolce owner for counterfeit goods

Authorities in Hung Yen province have prosecuted Nguyen Van Duong, owner of the Duong Dolce store, for infringing on industrial property rights. The legal action follows an inspection conducted on September 21, 2026, by local police and market management officials in Hung Ha commune.

During the inspection, authorities discovered a large quantity of counterfeit goods, including 270 pairs of fake Hermes sandals, 12 pairs of fake Dior shoes, 8 pairs of fake Gucci shoes, and 125 sets of fake Adidas clothing. The total listed value of the seized merchandise was approximately 222,600,000 VND.

Following the transfer of the case from market management to the provincial police investigation agency, a formal decision to prosecute the case and the suspect was issued on October 14, 2026. The investigation is ongoing to finalize the legal proceedings.
