Hungary launches limited‑capacity camping festival and coordinated rail‑bus service for summer music events
The Varázs Garázs Festival will take place at the Ring Autósmozi and Kemping in Mogyoród, about 20 minutes from Budapest, from mid‑August. The two‑day pop‑up event is limited to 600 attendees and features 16 emerging rock bands, with trance and goa programmes at night. A ticket priced at 9,900 Ft includes camping, hot‑water showers, clean toilets, a closed parking area and on‑site charging points.
For the Ördögkatlan Festival near Pécs, the MÁV Group is providing coordinated train and bus connections from August 4‑8. InterCity trains run from Budapest to Pécs, linking with express bus 1135 and dedicated festival shuttles (Katlanbusz, Vylyanbusz, Harkánybusz) that serve Nagyharsány and Beremend. Night buses operate after concerts, and special weekend schedules ensure direct links back to Budapest.
