Hyundai and Kia unveil black‑edition EVs in Belgium

Hyundai Motor Group announced two black‑edition electric SUVs in Belgium within minutes of each other. Hyundai Belux introduced the Ioniq 9 Calligraphy Black Ink, a flagship trim priced at €90,095 with matte‑black exterior accents, 21‑inch black wheels, black Nappa leather interior and a WLTP range of up to 620 km. Deliveries are slated for September.

Two minutes later, Kia Belux launched the EV9 Black Edition, priced at €81,990, featuring extensive black‑finished exterior trim, 20‑inch black wheels, quilted vegan leather seats and a suite of premium driver‑assistance features. Both models are marketed separately in Belgium but share coordinated product planning under the Hyundai Motor Group umbrella.
