Hyundai expands electric vehicle lineup with Staria and INSTER utility models
Hyundai is expanding its electric vehicle lineup with new commercial and passenger configurations for the Staria and INSTER models.
The Hyundai Staria Electric is entering the European market as a versatile minivan, offering configurations for 7 to 9 passengers or a dedicated cargo van. The vehicle features a 218 hp electric motor and an 84 kWh battery. Utilizing an 800-volt architecture, the Staria Cargo can charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes, providing a range of up to 450 km. The cargo version supports a payload of up to 1,102 kg and can accommodate three Euro pallets.
Additionally, Hyundai has introduced the INSTER Van kit, designed for professionals and small businesses. This kit transforms the compact INSTER electric SUV into a two-seater utility vehicle by adding a steel partition and a rubberized loading floor. The kit, priced at 1,495 euros, is intended for urban logistics and is compatible with both the INSTER and INSTER Cross models.
