Hyundai Motor to co-host 2026 Inje World Touring Car Festival
Hyundai Motor Company and Inje County will co-host the ‘2026 Inje World Touring Car Festival’ at Inje Speedium on October 3–4. This marks the second consecutive year that three major motorsport events will be held simultaneously at the venue: the Hyundai N Festival, the FIA TCR World Tour, and the TCR Asia.
The Hyundai N Festival is South Korea’s largest one-make race, featuring three classes: Gran Turismo eN1 (based on the IONIQ 5 N), Kumho N1, and Nexen N2 (based on the Avante N). The festival will host the fourth round of this season-long competition.
The TCR World Tour represents the highest level of touring car racing globally. Currently, the ‘BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse’ team holds second place in the team championship, while driver Mikkel Azcona is second in the driver championship, trailing the leader by only 10 points. This upcoming race is expected to be a decisive stage for the season championship.
In addition to the racing, Hyundai will host various fan programs, including ‘Grid Walk’ and ‘Pit Walk’ to meet drivers and cars, ‘Circuit Safari’ and ‘N Taxi’ for track experiences, and family-oriented activities such as the ‘N Kids Zone’ and driving experiences for children.
