Hyundai unveils Tucson N Line and new Bayon SUV at Paris Motor Show
At the Paris Motor Show, Hyundai unveiled major updates to its SUV lineup, specifically the new Tucson N Line and the second-generation Bayon.
The Tucson N Line focuses on enhanced aesthetics rather than mechanical changes. It features a sportier exterior with a more angular bumper, satin black accents, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a twin-tip exhaust. The interior is upgraded with black tones, red stitching, and specialized sports seats. Available powertrains include mild hybrid, full hybrid, and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) options, with the PHEV offering approximately 68km of electric range. The model is slated for a 2027 release.
The second-generation Hyundai Bayon transitions from a hatchback-based design to a more robust compact SUV. Utilizing the ‘Art of Steel’ design language, it features sharper lines, a longer wheelbase, and a larger 440-liter trunk. The Bayon will initially offer 1.0-liter turbo petrol engines, with a 1.6-liter hybrid powertrain expected to join the lineup in 2027. The vehicle will be manufactured in Turkey for the European market, with future production planned for India and Brazil.
