Legal institutions across Ibero-America and Brazil are holding high-level discussions regarding the integration of artificial intelligence into the justice system. The Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) in Brazil hosted the XXIII Ibero-American Judicial Summit, where representatives from various supreme courts discussed the challenges and opportunities of AI, focusing on governance, ethics, data protection, and the creation of an Ibero-American platform for intelligent jurisprudence.

In Mato Grosso, the Public Ministry (MPMT) conducted a webinar addressing the impacts of new technologies on public institutions and the guarantee of fundamental rights. Experts emphasized the necessity of human oversight, noting that AI systems must remain auditable and contestable to ensure legal security.

Additionally, the Regional Labor Court of the 24th Region (TRT/MS) organized an event in Três Lagoas to examine how digital technologies and AI affect labor relations, including platform work, digital evidence, and collective bargaining.
