ICATMI expands professional training and partnerships in Michoacán

The Instituto de Capacitación para el Trabajo del Estado de Michoacán (ICATMI) is expanding its educational and professional training reach through new partnerships and course offerings.

In Zitácuaro, the municipal government and the local ICATMI campus have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at strengthening the professionalization of workers. Municipal President Juan Antonio Ixtláhuac Orihuela stated the alliance is intended to foster human development and provide accessible training for citizens.

Additionally, ICATMI has opened registration for over 850 courses across 21 campuses and mobile extensions in Michoacán. The September-December term has commenced, with registration remaining open until September 14. Available subjects include technical skills such as truck driving, mobile phone repair, mechanics, and carpentry, as well as administrative, linguistic, and design courses intended to promote employment and entrepreneurship.
