iCaur V27 SUV wins international design award ahead of global launches

The iCaur V27 electrified SUV has received international recognition, winning the Best Interior Design award in the Premium category at the 2026 Torino Automotive Design Award in Turin, Italy. The vehicle features the ‘Interstellar Cockpit’ concept, which includes a dual panoramic roof, a 15.4-inch multimedia system, and 49 storage compartments.

In the Philippines, Omoda & Jaecoo are scheduled to launch the iCaur brand in October 2026, featuring the subcompact V23 BEV and the midsize V27 extended-range EV. The V27 is characterized by its boxy design and is available in both single-motor RWD and dual-motor AWD configurations. Compared to the Jetour T2 Lightning i-DM, the V27 is longer and has a longer wheelbase, though it has slightly less ground clearance.

The model is also expected to debut in the Brazilian market during the first half of 2027.
