The V25 joins the existing V series lineup, which includes the V23 and V27, and is available in both REEV and BEV configurations.

During the Wuhu summit, Chery Group detailed a global expansion strategy for the iCaur brand, which targets the ‘adventurous vehicle segment’. The brand has already expanded into more than 40 countries and regions, with commercial operations expected to begin in Greece in early 2027. Other planned expansions include a launch in the Philippines in October 2026, featuring the subcompact V23 BEV and the midsize V27, and an Australian launch in early 2027 starting with the V25. Additionally, the brand is scheduled to debut in Brazil in 2027 with the V23, V25, and V27. While known as ‘iCAR’ in China, the name was changed to iCaur for overseas markets to avoid potential trademark conflicts.

Recent updates from the summit highlight that the V25 is equipped with i-AWD all-wheel drive technology, a 1.8-ton towing capacity, and 41 storage compartments. Chery aims to expand iCaur to more than 70 markets by 2027 via local assembly or shipping. Notably, the V23 model has already surpassed 100,000 cumulative global units in sales.
