ICE deportes two homicide suspects to Mexico via Laredo bridge
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported two 24‑year‑old Mexican men, Agustín Morales Rentería and Juan Becerra Ruiz, who are wanted for homicide cases in Mexico. Morales faces an aggravated homicide arrest warrant from Querétaro and a prior U.S. conviction for firearm possession; Becerra is sought for intentional homicide in Querétaro.
Both were detained in Texas, processed at the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, and handed over to Mexican authorities on July 21 at the Juárez‑Lincoln international bridge in Laredo. Mexican officials assumed custody to continue the criminal proceedings against the two fugitives.
