IDDEEA and TÜRKSAT agree on strategic digital cooperation

IDDEEA and TÜRKSAT have agreed to establish a strategic cooperation framework to enhance digital infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The partnership will be formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to define priority areas for institutional and technological collaboration.

The cooperation will focus on cybersecurity, secure communication and optical infrastructure, digital public services, and other advanced technological solutions. TÜRKSAT intends to share its expertise in Turkey’s public sector digital transformation, specifically regarding its e-Devlet platform, which connects public institutions through shared digital infrastructure.

Key areas of development include digital identity, qualified electronic signatures, reliable registries, secure data exchange, and state communication infrastructure to support modern electronic public administration services.
