Idea Factory International announces Dokapon Kingdom: Connect 2
Publisher Idea Factory International and developer Sting have announced Dokapon Kingdom: Connect 2, the official successor to the 2023 title Dokapon Kingdom: Connect. The new game is scheduled for release in summer 2027.
The title will be available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. It combines role-playing elements with competitive board game mechanics for up to four players. Gameplay features include defeating monsters, saving villages, and accumulating wealth, while allowing players to attack opponents or steal items.
New features in this installment include cooperative battles against Giga-Monsters and an extensive character creation system. The game supports solo play as well as local or online multiplayer for two to four people.
