IFC Brasil 2026 to host fish industry congress in Foz do Iguaçu

The 8th IFC Brasil (International Fish Congress & Fish Expo Brasil) is scheduled to take place in Foz do Iguaçu on September 2 and 4. The event features a technical-scientific congress, a business fair, and international workshops focused on the fish production chain, innovation, and sustainable development.

Key highlights include a keynote lecture by former Minister of Agriculture Roberto Rodrigues, titled ‘The new world order: impacts, challenges and market strategies for agro and Brazilian fish’. The program aims to address market trends, production costs, genetics, and biosecurity, featuring industry leaders from Brazil and abroad.
