Istanbul to host major e-export and aviation summits

Istanbul is set to host two major international summits focused on aviation and digital trade. The Istanbul Global E-Export Summit (IGEXX 2026), organized by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), and the Electronic Commerce Operators Association (ETİD), will take place from September 3–5 at the Haliç Congress Center. The event aims to connect Turkish exporters with over 50 global e-commerce platforms, including major players like Amazon, Alibaba, and eBay, to boost the country's e-export share to 10 percent.

Simultaneously, İGA Istanbul Airport will host the ACI World Airport Experience Summit from August 31 to September 4. This event brings together over 800 aviation professionals from 80 countries to discuss passenger experience, digital transformation, and operational excellence in the global aviation sector.
