Igl Farms reports successful potato harvest in Wisconsin

Igl Farms in Antigo, Wisconsin, is reporting a successful potato harvest season. Co-owner Brad Igl noted that despite a dry summer requiring irrigation, the current harvest is progressing smoothly with better-than-average yields compared to recent years.

While the dry weather resulted in slightly smaller potato sizes than ideal, the farm has avoided machine breakdowns and favorable weather conditions have allowed the harvest to proceed without significant delays. Igl encouraged consumers to support local farmers and prioritize knowing the origins of their produce.
