Ikatan Notaris Indonesia holds XXIV Congress in Semarang

The Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) is holding its XXIV Congress at the Padma Hotel in Semarang, Central Java, from October 21 to 23, 2026. The event, themed “From Our Home for Indonesia: Building Organizational Sustainability for the Progress and Togetherness of All Members to Achieve Golden Indonesia,” aims to strengthen organizational continuity, enhance notary professionalism, and foster synergy with the government.

Attended by 2,545 participants, including active and extraordinary notary members and representatives from 34 regional INI boards, the congress serves as a forum for members to voice aspirations, evaluate organizational dynamics, and formulate strategic policies. Irfan Ardiansyah, Chairman of the INI Central Board, emphasized that member input and criticism are essential for strengthening the organization and addressing member needs.

Widodo, Director General of General Legal Administration at the Ministry of Law, officially opened the event. He highlighted the strategic role of notaries in supporting national economic development agendas and called for unity within the organization to resolve internal dynamics.
