Imagination Library expands reach in London and U.S
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is expanding its reach in both the United Kingdom and the United States following the singer's death. In London, the program is doubling its presence by expanding from five to ten boroughs, a move funded by the Postcode Lottery. This expansion will make an additional 157,000 children eligible to receive a free book every month.
In the United States, the Tygart Valley United Way has partnered with the program to foster literacy in Marion, Randolph, and Tucker counties. The initiative provides free books, including Braille and audio editions, to children from birth to age five, regardless of household income. The program aims to encourage a love of reading and family engagement during early childhood development.
