Imelda Castro leads Morena assemblies in Sinaloa

Imelda Castro, a former senator and candidate for the coordination of the Defense of the Transformation Committees and National Sovereignty in Sinaloa, has been conducting informational assemblies across the state.

During an assembly in Guasave, Castro addressed the upcoming survey to select a leadership figure, stating, “The survey will define the captain person, but the great team of the transformation is all of us.” She emphasized the importance of maintaining the political movement in Sinaloa and defending against international and domestic opposition.

In Culiacán, Castro committed to honoring the principles of the movement that began in 2018. She noted that her tours across Sinaloa aim to combat misinformation and defend Mexican sovereignty. Additionally, she invited supporters to attend an upcoming event with President Claudia Sheinbaum in Culiacán next month.
