IMX 2026 showcases automotive modification and lifestyle innovations

The Indonesia Modification & Lifestyle Expo (IMX) 2026 is being held from October 9–11 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang. The event highlights the growing economic potential of the automotive modification industry, with Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar noting that personalization and limited-edition builds represent high-value added products that are increasingly recognized internationally.

Wuling Motors is participating with a focus on “Next Gen Culture,” displaying four modified units including the Darion, Eksion, and two Air ev models. The company is also offering test drives for its electric vehicle lineup, including the Darion EV, Eksion EV, and Air ev.

Other industry participants include Kilap Premium, which launched its Hyper Graphene Coating Spray, and MaxDecal, which introduced its 9600 Printable Evolution Wrap Film Series. Fashion brand Von Dutch is also making its debut at the expo through a collaboration with Rauh-Welt Begriff (RWB), offering limited-edition merchandise.
