Incheon is hosting and participating in major technology exhibitions focused on smart city innovation and semiconductor packaging. At the 2026 World Smart City Expo in Busan, Incheon Metropolitan City is showcasing its vision for a 'Global Smart Mega City.' Key technologies being presented include AI-driven industrial complexes, digital twin solutions for urban problem analysis, and smart transportation systems designed to secure golden time for emergency vehicles.

Simultaneously, the KPCA Show 2026 is being held at Songdo Convensia, bringing together 229 companies specializing in semiconductor substrates and advanced packaging. During this event, YMT is unveiling its Glass Through Via (TGV) technology, a critical advancement for next-generation semiconductor packaging as industry demand shifts toward glass substrates for more dense circuit layouts.
