Incheon International Airport launches mobile food ordering and reservation service

Incheon International Airport Corporation has launched ‘F&B+’, a new mobile service integrated into its ‘Incheon Airport Duty Free’ application to enhance passenger convenience. The service provides information on approximately 202 food and beverage outlets within the airport, including menus, prices, and locations.

Key features of the service include mobile ordering and payment for 77 outlets offering pickup services, and pre-ordering for dine-in at 64 locations. Additionally, seven specialized restaurants allow for advanced seat reservations through the app. Travelers can also purchase access passes for nine airport lounges directly via the platform.

To accommodate the increasing number of international travelers, the service has expanded its multilingual support to include English, Chinese, and Japanese. The corporation aims to improve passenger experience and promote K-food to foreign visitors through these digital enhancements.
