InCred Financial posts 82% profit rise to ₹172 cr in Q1 FY27

InCred Financial Services Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of ₹172 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, an increase of 82 % year‑on‑year from ₹94 crore. The growth was driven by a robust expansion of its loan book to ₹14,809 crore, improved operating leverage with the cost‑to‑income ratio falling to 44.6 % from 45.8 %, and maintained asset quality, with gross NPA at 2.0 % and net NPA at 0.7 %. The company highlighted its AI‑enabled, in‑house credit underwriting platform as a key factor in sustaining healthy asset metrics while scaling.

Parent firm InCred Holdings Ltd, which is preparing an initial public offering, filed an updated draft red herring prospectus with SEBI after receiving approval to float a fresh issue of up to ₹1,250 crore and an offer‑for‑sale of up to 9.9 cr shares. InCred Financial, operating in 19 Indian states with 166 branches, remains well‑capitalised with net worth of ₹4,244 crore as of June 2026.
