NBEMS postpones NEET PG 2026 admit card release to August 25

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has postponed the release of the NEET PG 2026 admit cards to August 25, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances and requests related to Assam and Meghalaya. The examination is scheduled to take place on August 30, 2026, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

NBEMS has issued warnings regarding fraudulent claims on social media platforms like Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp suggesting that question papers have been leaked. The board emphasized that such claims are false and intended to mislead candidates. Additionally, the Ministry of Health clarified that rumors regarding the closure of CGHS Wellness Centers from August 27 to 31 due to medical officer deployment for the exam are entirely false; these centers will continue to operate as usual.

Candidates are advised to download their hall tickets from the official NBEMS website (natboard.edu.in) and carry valid government-issued photo identification and their admit card to the exam center. Enhanced security measures, including Aadhaar-based authentication and biometric verification, will be implemented across approximately 1,300 centers in 340 cities.
