Indiana Pacers sign exclusive local media rights deal with DAZN

The Indiana Pacers have entered into an exclusive multi-year local media rights agreement with DAZN. This move follows the team's departure from FanDuel Sports Network and makes the Pacers the second NBA team to adopt such a streaming-focused model.

Under the agreement, most games will be broadcast via a Pacers-branded streaming service on DAZN. The subscription will cost $19.99 per month or $119.99 for a full season, with an ‘Early Bird Season Pass’ available for $59.99 if purchased by October 15. To maintain accessibility, 22 regular-season games and four preseason games will be available for free within the DAZN app, with 15 of those games also being simulcast on over-the-air television.

Financial details indicate the Pacers will receive an $8 million guarantee from DAZN, supplemented by a 50-50 split of advertising revenue. The contract includes a mutual exit clause after the first year, allowing the team to transition to the NBA’s centralized streaming hub after the 2026-27 season.
