Inditex agrees to 12.5% wage increase for 30,000 workers under new CCOO deal

Inditex and the Spanish union CCOO have signed a collective agreement that will raise the salaries of roughly 30,000 employees by up to 12.5% by 2028. The deal includes a 4% annual increase in the Garantía de Ingresos Fijos Inditex (GIFI) and raises the minimum wage thresholds by €600 and €1,000.

Weekend and holiday compensation will increase by more than 12%, and hourly rates for part‑time work will be lifted. New social benefits cover marriage or civil partnership, university and vocational training, serious rare diseases, remote‑work allowances of €0.30 per hour, and interest‑free personal loans. A working‑group will also negotiate the harmonisation of licences, holidays and other leave regulations.
