Inditex unveils new visual identity, solidifies Galicia's economic lead

Inditex presented a refreshed visual identity at its recent shareholders' meeting, introducing a black logo and the slogan “Seven brands, one vision.” The redesign, aimed at a cleaner digital presence, replaces the long‑standing red emblem and aligns with recent updates at its subsidiary brands. The change coincides with a generational leadership shift: Marta Ortega has taken the presidency, while Oscar García was confirmed as CEO, signalling a fresh strategic direction for the group.

Economic data from the Ardán Galicia 2026 report shows Inditex as the second‑largest revenue generator among companies headquartered in the A Coruña region, reporting €38.632 billion in 2024 sales. The group accounts for the overwhelming share of the region’s textile‑sector value added and employment, reinforcing A Coruña’s position as Galicia’s economic hub.
