On 5 June 2026, the Indonesia national football team defeated Oman 3‑0 at the Gelora Bung Karno stadium in Jakarta. The goals were scored by Justin Hubner, Ole Romeny and Ragnar Oratmangoen, while goalkeeper Emil Audero saved a penalty attempt by Hatem Al Rushadi.

The victory broke a 38‑year streak without a win over Oman, the last such success occurring on 18 January 1988 in Thailand’s King's Cup. Indonesia’s next friendly is scheduled for 9 June against Mozambique at the same venue.
